When their child is diagnosed with kidney disease, families will receive the Childhood Kidney Support Network’s Parent Information Kit.
This kit will include a Health Journal, DVD, resource books, CKSN information, resources, books and a children’s activity book.
These kits will be available from your Renal Specialist.
The kit will be produced in the next few months.
